US tells France and other anti-war countries, no money 4 u!

The US just set rules saying that only countries who supported the war in Iraq and/or have troops there now, can have companies make contracts for the reconstruction effort in Iraq.

Aww.. no money for France and Germany.

I hope Canada cuts off reconstruction funding. It will show the Iraqis what the Canadians really think of them.

I think its a good idea to only let countries that contributed to win the contracts, but for instance Canada has paid 190 million for reconstruction. I think they, and countries that have put up money like them, should be up to win contracts.
