Ultra low power consumption motherboard / LCD

for those of you out there that keep up with the ULW processors and lcds

i am looking for a direct sunlight readable lcd bigger than 7 inches as well as a motherboard with integrated video that is able to run from a battery being able to ouput no more than 7 amps from a gel battery giving 7.0-7.5 amps max

of course i would need to add a hd.. not sure if a solid state hd would draw less amps than a regular laptop hd..

any help would be great.. and if the project is successful then we can talk finders fees

Solid state would deffo require less power than a HDD with moving parts.

ok.. this leaves the lcd which is the major part of the equation here..
