[TW Diagnosticians] My toes, what are wrong with them?

So recently on both of my big toes I have developed some sort of dark, squishy spot on the knuckle. It looks like a bruise, and IMO it looks like some pooled blood or something. As I said it's squishy and bounces back after you push it in.

But what's a description without pictures:

The rest of my toes have a similar thing, but to a far less degree (just barely visible)

So what's the deal? Poor circulation or something? AIDS?!

I just googled it. I am 19 (it says it usually happens 30-50), and it doesn't hurt or anything like that, which is the main thing the internet says.

And I'm not fat 6'3" 180 lbs SKINNY
