It is SLOW...

that is how tribes has always been, no free speed. if you earn it however you can go pretty darn fast, as usual

if you suck, you will be slow

the balance has always been trying to gain lots of speed in short periods of time (i.e. not going out of bounds)

The only remaining base ctf server isn't controlled by the "elitist" group.
US Base runs a mixed rotation with base and LT. Most of the map changing is caused by vote and not by admins.
