We've been there one day and they are already scared to undock.

I had the day off, so I spent the better part of the morning in ED-L9T, their main station system, sitting in my Manticore trying to bait them out.

They finally decided to undock a 17 man fleet (6 BS) once most of our fleet (20-ish, only a few BS) moved to 3-FK, and then proceeded to go all the way around us, 10 jumps or so out of the way, to go into empire through A2-V.
