No offense, but NFC's showing against FLA has cemented that opinion in the minds of many. I have a few friends in FLA, and I find it laughable that they actually not only stood up against a supposed "PvP" alliance, but even took over a station.

Perhaps the curse of Deklein is the retarded leadership it fosters? First Darko, now whatever tard is running the AUS shitshow?
 
FLA used 4 other well-experienced corps to do that. Its not like FLA bumbled about and took a station. If it wasnt for those 4 other pvp corps they would be owned pretty bad as they were when this incident started.

In fact, without dofa, penetrate, shadow, and burn stabben doing all the work for FLA they would be mopped up in empire crying even more on eve-o. That would be in addition to the 5 forum whining threads already made.

You obviously are very misinformed and your opinions are invalid.

You can look at it like this: It took 1 pvp alliance and 3 pvp corps on top of FLA to beat NFC. Pretty damm good on NFC's part if you ask me to hold out for over a month against those odds.

Actually, contrary to what you think and according to various killboards, FLA held their own perfectly fine before various PVP corps stepped in to help. Only then was FLA and Co. able to go on the offensive and capture a station.

Without them, yes, they probably wouldn't have been able to take a station. Yet I doubt NFC would have been able to push them out, based on the outcome of many of the early conflicts. Secondly, this "PvP" alliance OUTNUMBERED FLA industrialists + DOFA, Penetrate, Burn Eden, etc, yet somehow was forced to the bargaining table. Heh.

My main point stands: Deklein breeds idiots for leaders (and admit it, Darko was probably a main reason for FREEE leaving IRON in the first place). NFC leadership should have either not let this happen in the first place, provided a decent explanation why it did happen, or come to the bargaining table with reasonable requests as FLA asked them to multiple times. Don't know about rest of the NFC, but AUS is comprised of idiots and even bigger idiots. It's a shame they were left to run the show.

Yeah, they held their own by losing CZD, 2 carriers, a few dreads, all their POS' in the area, not even sure how many battleships/support (but it was a bunch) and forced to stay in empire until their forum whines attracted the other corps/alliances to help. See, contrary to what you think, I was there shooting at their stuff and in contact almost daily with NFC on the days I was on ops in other areas. NFC had in fact pushed them out to the point where they would not undock, and the ones who suicided were stuck in empire. dofa/shadow/be/penetrate was their only saving grace.

Also, while you believe darko is an idiot for a leader, I have actually flown under him many many times and find him to be very capable. While he may have some flaws, they are only cosmetic, and do not impact his performance as a fc.

Third, while I dont disagree with what you said about NFC and AUS, I will say that diplomatic doors should always be open to at least listen to what people have to say. I would have done things a little bit differently, but that is all water under the bridge at this point.

Please stop talking out of your ass. You sound like an idiot the more you assume.
 
FREEE's departure from IRON had everything to do with us being required to run POSes and moon mine, as most alliance corps are required to do, and nothing to do with IRON's leadership. We only had one true carebear in the corp at the time, and while he probably could have handled the whole thing, that still wasn't the direction we wanted the corp.
 
You know guys, I really don't care if you absolutely must talk shit with each other, but can you at least keep it contained to a single thread? This was supposed to be a thread about all the noobish things we still do, for a laugh, and instead you've somehow turned it in to a mess of flames. Please just take it to another thread, this fighting is getting tiresome.

PS Evasi0n, you are quite bold to insult the corp I now help run in my own thread. It is not an appreciable boldness
 
This is tw you're talking about. As for ppl talking smack about your corp, its obvious he is forming his uninformed opinions on other peoples uninformed opinions, so I wouldnt take it personally.

Not trying to insult you, as I assumed you were part of FREEE and not AUS (if that's the case). But double standards for teh win, eh? Everyone jumps on ASCN's ass, but when someone criticizes your corp, oh noes! Not cool at all! If you can't take the punches, don't throw them out in the first place.

And considering I've been playing this game for just over 3 years now, I believe I'm qualified to make my own opinions (feel free to disagree, it won't upset me). And if you get really pissed off, feel free to stop by Delve and we'll talk things over :)

If you check, I have not once criticized your corp or ASCN. I don't flame people, it's not my style.
 
I don't have a problem with NFC, just think it's a joke trying to form a "Empire" with alliances following one form. Maybe if they get organized and get great leadership, but I don't think they will last.

Either way, should be fun. I prolly will never run into them lads, since we're deep in the south.
