Tell me about logging with aggression timers

The dude on TS sounds exactly like the guy from the WoW raid vid 
If he did indeed crash and was unable to login, he'll probably get it back. Personally, I'd rather see one blow up from some epic battle rather than getting scanned out like some retard pirate ganker. Also I want to see BoB bitch and moan about GM's stepping in and yadda yadda yadda.
Also, the wrecks should never despawn. When they die, they should show up in system as a beacon. Well for now they're cool. Given another year, titans/motherships will be the new dreads/carriers. :]

From what I gather from what little reliable info there is:
CYVOK uses DD and kills a BoB Raven at a gate
CYVOK, most likely cloaked in deep safe, logs off for unknown reason 12-13 minutes later
BoB coverts, who have been scanning continuously, see the Titan appear on their scans around 13 minutes after the aggression
BoB gang warps to empty Titan and takes it down in about 5 minutes
A lesser known fact of the aggression timer is that if you log off before your 15 minutes expires, you remain in space for an additional 15 minutes after logoff.
