K, so my USB port decided to short out the other day, destroying the entire motherboard of my computer. It will no longer boot; Whenver I hit the power button, I get absolutely no video signal, the hard drives no longer spin up, and none of the USB ports work.
Therefore, I am now looking to buy a replacement ASAP. As said in the title, I am looking for the fastest Intel 478 compatible motherboard possible. AGP 8X is a must.
Current Equipment:
-Pentium 4 3.0 GHZ 800 FSB (478)
-768 MB DDR-266
-Radeon 9800 (128 MB)
-NEC DVD Burner
-2 WD ATA-133 Drives (40 + 60 MB)
