Since RAZOR got Tenal back, we've been running nightly ops in to Branch, and through BKG / LXW. Every single time we take a smaller size gang through, they try to dictor bubble us and drop their mothership on us.
It was like clockwork... EVERY single time we would pass through LXW, they would try it. Just 1 interdictor, and 1 mothership.
So Razor's FC and PL's FC coordinated a bait operation. The mothership was afk at a POS for like 90 minutes or something, so we just kind of roamed around trying not to show ourselves off. by keeping ourselves in seperate smaller gangs on either side of the bait system. Sure enough, he finally noticed a juicy cruiser floating 10k off a gate, and bubbled it. Well the cruiser popped a cyno, and more then a dozen capitals came through. We had 11 interdictors on the other side of the gate we baited, and they jumped through and were on him in seconds.
He definitely called for help, because a FATAL gang of about 15 BS/HACs that had been nearby responded. They jumped to the gate at about 100km, stayed for 30 seconds, lost 2 ships to our support fleet and realized they were seriously fucked, then warped to the station to dock.
Nobody undocked from the station to help him. Nobody undocked from the station in the system 1 jump out to help him. He pretty much died alone. We had 2 losses, both interdictors, and both were killed by the gate rats (because the dictors were the first ones through the gate), not the MS. Good times.
