Rewatching s5ep9 and in the clubhouse there is a sign that says "you dont ride" "you dont vote"

Anyone know the meaning to it?
 
its why tig qqd so much at the prospect of losing his license

it's also slightly more subtly that you're either all-in or nothing
 
As of season 5, it was finally revealed that if you're physically incapable of riding a motorcycle, you are forced to step down from any leadership position you might have and you will lose your privilege of voting in club business. Piney mentioned at one point that he rode his minimum simply to keep his voting privileges and he was shown to only be able to ride a three-wheeler yet was still allowed to vote.

Are you serious? It's really just everyone making dumb decisions, or the same mistakes over and over, and then they fix it. It's good, but you know Jax is gonna figure it out in the end.
