if you mean how do you make sweet textures, well thats just something that you need to practice with
if you mean how do you get the skins in-game, thats a little easier to answer, but which game? t1 is easy as hell if you use hudbot, even without its simple, t2, legends and t:v i have never worked with, so i couldnt answer there, but be specific
