ok, this worked once... another person in AV turned it in... i followed him and picked it up when it dropped near him. turned it i and he cons allied to me now... and it wont allow me to turn it in again

well on our server we get one maybe 2 avs a day if we are lucky.

I managed to turn it in twice in a row last night. After you hit 'Complete Quest' you have about 2 seconds before he becomes friendly to you to turn it in again. I don't know if that reset's the 2 second timer, I kinda paused for a couple seconds because it surprised me and he went friendly again. Maybe having other people talking to him while you're turning shit in lags him up or something.
