Taking the new car and two friends to nola this weekend, then meeting up with a female friend for drunken fun. Aside from the usual strip joints, where would you go?

Last time I was there it was in a pretty bad state. I'd like to go back, but meh.

If you get a chance to swing by Chalmette and take pictures, that'd be cool. I worked there in the area around CF Rawley Elementary School.
 
Last time I was there was for the Sugar Bowl, and it was so crowded in the quarter that I didn't notice it being that bad. While many of the white residents have bounced out, it's still a pretty good place to visit so long as it's not during Essence Fest or whatever.
 
you should go down to the booneys and shoot giant rodents while flying around on fanboats. i hear them is some good eatin.
