[Request] E-Pack Boost Effect

I think it would be cool if when you hit the e-pack boost, your screen would get the NOS effect from The Fast and the Furious. But maybe that's just me.

Actually, it'd be cool if they just based it on your speed. The faster you went the more the edges of the screen would blur.

Of course everyone would complain about it like trails

The trails actually look good ingame. I'll admit I thought they looked bad from the screenies, but in game they look fine.

I think it'd be sweet to have an effect [for the e-pack boost] much like the drag racing in NFS: Underground. (Looks better ingame, but I'm sure you get the idea.)

The current boost effect looks odd.

So what would happen if you'd look to the side while going 300 mph? Would the whole screen turn blurry, or just one side? Either way it wouldn't look too good.
