Question on swapping skins

How would I go about swapping my Blood Eagle skins out with Starwolf skins, and Diamond Sword skins with CotPhoenix skins? Getting tired of the same ole DS vs. BE and would like to change it up a bit.
 
Unpack entities.vol, rename the appropriate skins, and drop into base/skins directory.
You can also do the same with custom skins.
