PS Masters of TW, I need feedback on a Photoshop

Ok, screw the details. I'm trying to make this as "realistic" as possible. Any pointers on what I can fix? It just looks....off I duno. I've been staring at it so long that I can't really tell anymore.

ok, I tried to fix it, actually I'm not sure if I fixed anything, but scaled down the head a little and moved it over to try to make the transition not so "cardboard cutout"=/

look at the chins on the guys, then look at hers. the center of the face is alright, but needs to be darker on the sides and tip of chin.

I think the eyes need depth. I know shit about PS, but the shadows need to be redone to help out the eyes.
