what about the possibility that they'll just keep the language in the transparency report regardless of receiving any 215 order? does that transparency report has any legal teeth? and if it does do you seriously think the federal government isn't in a position to make them immune from any penalties?
 
there are vpn providers with warrant canaries, ones which are much more broad than one specific section of the patriot act lol
