Crazy question.... all these flash porn sites; where do they get distribution from? Many of them have the same videos. Is there some company that distributes mass amounts of flash porn you can buy for your site? Or do these sites somehow subscribe to several porn producers? The reason I'm asking is fairly transparent.

you see the same videos because
1. most of them are owned by the same parent company
2. they are an advertising outlet for actual producers, those producers would want their ads on 'every channel' so it just makes sense to put them on the different flash sites if you are going to put them on 1.
3. Of the sites that actually allow you to upload, people are looking for attention\feedback, doesn't make any sense to only post on 1 site.

this. any of the professional porn is illegally uploaded. the amateur porn may or may not be illegal. the porn industry just doesn't have as many lawyers to go after websites as the RIAA or MPAA.
Basically for legal content you would enter into a partnership with the distributor. Basically you'd be a reseller for the porn videos.
