yea i tried that. but i get an error saying that i cant use my bank account or whatever because its being used in another paypal account (my old one obviously)

emailed them about 3 hours ago, no reply. hopefully they are just busy... or they think im some scam artist

Go to the PayPal homepage
Click on the Forget your password? link
Enter your email address
Click Submit
Click the I no longer have access to this email address link
Confirm your account ownership by completing one of the sections of the Verify Your Identity page
Click Submit
Click the radio button next to the address at which you would like to receive your new password
Your new password should arrive within 1 week (2 weeks for non-U.S. accounts)
When you receive your new password, return to the PayPal homepage and log in

thing is, i have no idea what the email address is. i put everything i could think in and all say that they arent in their records. Ill give that a shot tho. thanks alot
