Outlook 2007: backup tools

What's the easiest way to back up Outlook 2007 emails, tasks, calendar entries etc other than the Microsoft add-in (called "Personal Folders Backup")?
 
What sort of accounts are these? really the easiest way is to backup the .PST file while they are not in use. But this method may only be effective with POP accounts.
