New Computer help!

So i am looking for a new Desktop. I already have keyboard/mouse and monitor.
My budget is $300-400$. Please help me tw find a new computer thanks.

Edit: I am not trying to break any fps records i just need something i can add a video card to and still play old games.

Bought a Dell.... Optiplex GX520
Pentium 4 ...3.0 ghz

...under 400 dallar!

I hate threads with people trying to build super cheap machines.

Stupid.

Just go on CL or the BS/FS forums and buy an existing machine from someone looking to upgrade.

Go to Dell and spec out a nice Inspiron desktop. They will take care of you.
 
I'm going to assume you couldn't put one together yourself so your only choice will be a shit sandwich from an OEM like Dell.
 
300-400 is awfully damn cheap. You should aim for 7-800 and build a machine that will last you 2-3 years.

Seems they used low quality capacitors anna sum udder shit!
