I upgraded from 3 at a time to 8 at a time, it said the upgrade was effective immediately and I would be charged the difference on my next billing date, so I waited for the day before my next billing day and dropped back down to 3 at a time and was charged for 3 at a time, next day back to 8 at a time for free
