Need Starsiege: Tribes™ Tool Kit

I need the tool kit for the original Starsiege: Tribes™.
I checked both Google and the links thread in this forum but all links are dead.
I am working on my own project to convert the GoldenEye 007™ and Perfect Dark™ maps to Starsiege: Tribes™, Half-Life® 2, and maybe some other games.
For this task, I have hacked/extracted the map files from the ROMs of each respective game.

If anyone is interested, you can view these maps yourselves.
I have store the map files in a very simple and easy-to-use format, which all of you here may feel free to use for your own needs if you want to do anything with these maps (3-D Studio Max® conversions?).
I have written my own DirectX® viewer to view the maps in this format as well.

The next step will be to extrude each triangle to create solid objects which can be exported into Hammer (WorldCraft) and then exported into Starsiege: Tribes™ and Half-Life® 2.
For this, I need to actually see the .map files created by Hammer so I can create them with my own tools.
So that is why I need the Starsiege: Tribes™ tool kit.

Q: Why are you doing this for a dead game?
A: I don’t really care if it is dead; it is still the game I enjoy the most. Other than that, I have made maps for it before, so I would like to make these maps for it because I will know what I am doing.
