We got a $400 printer with a order one day for free as appreciation and a 17" lcd on the previous order. Our dell guys rocks too!

Once they were delayed on 10 17" flat panels for a couple weeks. An error on order processing or something. Next thing i know I received a pallet of 20" widescreens.

I went through three or four to get to him, so you guys whos service reps suck i feel your pain, and no he's not indian.



This 24" is going on my desk at home you cheap bastards.
