Phillies decline Cliff Lee's option. <- paying him $12.5 mill owed. By far the biggest buyout.
Red Sox exercise Buchholz option.

1. Price
2. Greinke
3. Cueto
4. Zimmermann

My predictions of them are:
Price to the Cubs.
Greinke re-signs with the Dodgers.
Cueto to some NL team because he thrives in the NL.
Zimmermann to who cares because he will decline once he's over 30.
