I just received a settlement package with all these claim forms. i didn't even know about the lawsuit but i have the chance to join up.
You are entitled to benefits under the settlement if, and while residing in North Carolina, you indirectly purchased eligible software for use in North Carolina and not for resale between December 9, 1995 and December 31, 2002. etc..
from the list of software it looks like almost everything microsoft made in that time frame is eligible. i just wonder how i got added to the class action suit without knowing a thing about it.
anyone else get one of these?
