I'm guessing this is simply because I don't really have a great diet being a college student and all.

Been eating some Al Bran in the morning and I've noticed an improvement, but there's still blood occasionally.

Discuss.
 
If its bright red, your ass is torn and you need to stock up on metamucil and stop being anally penetrated for a couple of weeks.

If its dark red/black its something internal and thats not good. Go see a doctor.

Not a good thing on the whole, so be advised to take it to a doctor. If it's bright red its normally a better sign, just hemorrhoids or some temporary prob at the distal end of your colon. Dark blood, like blood clots, is a much worse sign and should go to the doctor asap, especially if combined with noticeable change in your poops consistency.
 
it doesn't have to be hemmorhoids. He could have just torn his ass with a particularly collosal shit. It just takes a bit of time heal up

Yeah, it's usually bright red.

I don't take dumps too often, and they're usually pretty big and solid.

I'm assuming it got torn inside.
