Math Question

There's a circle on the graph, and I know the radius.A line is drawn given an angle. What's the formula to figure out the coordinates where the line intersects the outside of the circle?

Any help would be appreciated

make a little triangle out of it
use your trig functions to find the other sides

x = r*cos(angle)
y = r*sin(angle)

That's if the circle is centered around the origin.

r^2 = x^2 + y^2

x is the cosine component
y is the sine component

btw, what is the angle given from?

all you need to know really is the length of the line, the angle, and the origin right?
