but not as well rounded as a mega or domi

depends on how you look at it. It might not have the tracking bonus but it's got the damage bonus and an additional rail over the mega, and can be fitted for longer range than the mega. And it is a better blaster boat than mega too with its powergrid and mwd bonus.
