So after 3 days of being gone this past weekend I jumped back online to discover my internet is extremely laggy in terms of loading pages and videos (youtube, redtube 
, forums, etc). Not only that, but in ventrilo (I tested 4 different servers) I'm almost costantly pinged out.
Normally I would blame the ISP or roomates for this, but I ping perfectly fine in-game, xfire, irc, and I can hear what people say in vent in real time (just can't speak w/o lagging). Also, I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but my power did go out suddenly from a bad storm last Wedesday night before leaving for the weekend.
What could it be?
