HTML help - submit photo or file on form

Wassup everyone

Was wondering if anyone knows how to do this......I have an online application (like a job app) using a form script. And I want to add where someone can upload a photo from their computer, and it gets submitted with the form. Does anyone know how I can do this? thx!

You can't do that with just HTML, you need PHP or something along those lines.
