How can i find rent prices?

Any place that has a good utilities that doesn't break down every week, halfway soundproof walls (in the case of apartments), and a decent walking area so i can walk/run in the morning.


I'm off Monument Road atm. Madison to be more exact. I like it here, has a lake with sidewalk to walk around, a small gym, has a pool but I don't intend on swimming in it. I can pretty much handle any place that isn't ghetto and in the slumbs. I'd like to be able to step out of my apartment without to much fear of being shot. Renting a 2 room, full bathroom, small kitchen and big living room for 1.1k a month.

If you know of any other good places for cheaper I'll check it out.
 
On further investigation, the rent is only 750, the other place was 1100. So not near as bad, though I'm only paying 400 splitting with my sister for 6 month while I go through school, so it all works out.
