The taxes are going to increase quite a bit. All food is taxed (VAT) here which makes it more difficult. I can only imagine by taxing people who are already poor it will just foster a black-market of goods. Tobacco had a tax increase and the news is constantly talking about a growing cigarette black market. I hope that answers your question.
