[Help1!!!] Unix/OSX

So i totally fucked up my awk command. or something i typed ' in terminal and it brought me up to a text editor and its acting all funky. Where can i find this view the ' file to see.

no im just playing around with geektool and was testing some parsing cause im bored here at work. and now its broke :-/

plz help evertime i do something runing awk it creates a plain text file 5 in my root.
