Right now, im pretty much where i wanted to be, Im in a Thorax setup with:
His:
5x Heavy Electron Blaster 1's
Mids:
Cap Recharger 1
10MN Afterburner
Civilian Shield Booster which will become -> Webifier(eventually)
Lows:
Magnetic Field Stabilizer
Capacitor Power Relay 1
200mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates 1 will become 400mm Rolled Tungsten when i get Hull Upgrades Level 3
When I finish Training Hull Upgrades Level 4:
Armor Thermic Hardener 1 <--- Changes to what mobs im fighting
Armor Kinetic Hardener 1 <--- Changes to what mobs im fighting

So aside from the skills i need to train to get what I plan on finishing outfitting my Thorax, Where should i head with my training

I plan to train the learning skills over night, when im not online, getting a few hours here and there. What other skills would you guys suggest i start delving into, or should i just train up the skills that i have currently?

all learning skills to lvl 5, then advanced learning skills to lvl 4 at least...takes a long-ass time, but so worth it

Erm, are you going to use an armor repairer on that rax? You should try to fit a Medium at least.

Also train Engineering and Electronics up to 4 ASAP (Between learning skills, or whatever.) I think you should be able to fit a full rack of Heavy Ions on that rax with decent fitting skills (From what I'm told. I haven't flown one since pre-RMR.)

Heavy ions should fit on the rax, but i think it'll require a PDU or two.

Lemme try it out and get back to ya.

If not, light neutron blasters probably deal more damage/sec than heavy electron.

You also want to use some sort of armor repair on a thorax. Train yourself to cruiser 4 and fit a microwarp drive. Well, if this is a deadspace mission runner then keep the afterburner :D

I wouldn't bother with a mag stab for a mission runner. your blasters and med drones deal enough damage where you can put something defensive in that slot. It doesn't make sense to fit an armor tank and not have a repair mod.

Save the mag stabs for PvP

OK This will fit with electronics and engineering 4:

High: 5 heavy ion blaster I
Med: 10mn AB, Stasis Webifier, Cap recharger
Low: Med Armor Rep I, 2 Armor hardeners, 1 Power diag, 1 Reaction control

To be completely honest, I would forsake the hardeners for cap power relays, or a power relay and a 400mm plate.

Or you can go with light neutrons and fit a huge plate on the thorax. There is a heavy agility penalty for doing that, though.

Either way you're going to have a good time on lvl 2 missions with this setup, but a very hard time with lvl 3. I don't know a good lvl 3 mission setup for a blasterrax. I skipped them and jumped right into pvp.
