The other thing is everyone else was smiling and laughing. They don't even pay attention to this dude spraying his gun. It's like he was bored. So instead of just sitting there, he decided to jump up and start shooting like a tough guy. No helmet on, standing up tall above the dirt line.

There was a documentary that showed how the "Afghan soldiers" would toke up on marijuana and do stupid shit just like in this video.

The video says he is ISIS, but other sources indicate he's actually an Iraqi militiaman .
Too bad the video edit abruptly cuts the film immediately after he hits the ground. We'd know for sure was dead and not wounded by shrapnel.
He looks dead. Surprisingly very little gore or blood spray for a headshot (which isn't abnormal apparently).
