heading to northstar @ tahoe tomorrow

its one of the flattest resorts there. As in you have to take a gondola to a quad to a quad, to end up 20 feet above the parkinglot. Basicly it sucks

maybe i'll goto northstar tomorrow and squaw on wednesday. never been to either.

my hotel is in truckee, gonna stay one night

First there are some good restaurants there, too bad all the bars restaurants close at 10pm.

2nd) it is flat as fuck there

3rd) how many days are you gona be around?

4) I say try out the other resorts while you are up here.

5) if you need more info give me a call

6) I shall be riding Squaw tomorrow till mid afternoon

i decided to hit up sugar bowl today. it was fun, they opened up some new lifts and there was a bunch of fresh snow. i really need to work on my powder, heh

looking at different places for dinner tonite. thanks for the info mac.

Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and Mt. Rose have some nice runs if you can get there, but squaw is the best mountain on the lake. Both Squaw and Northstars villages are huge with several bars each. Also, Northstar has a couple sweet parks if thats what your into, but I doubt their good stuff is setup yet. Like everyone has said, its flat.

Heavenly is better.

northstar, heavenly, and squaw are the best.

squaw valley is like a whole seperate city of its own which includes a 5star hotel with a seperate lift into the ski resort.

it was the host of the 1960 olympics in case you didnt know.
