GREAT NEWS!! I have robbed RISE, a member of BoB alliance for close to 10bil isk and have decided to give it back to the people, I have set aside 5bil of what I have stolen and am going to distribute it to those not related to BOB with a unique distribution method. Anything you send me isk wise I will send back to you at 10 times the amount given, if you are related to BOB and are just trying to gain even a portion of what you lost back, I will keep the money you sent and stack it on top of what I am giving out as punishment. Once all money is distributed this character will be deleted. The reason I am doing it like this is because the veterans are less likely to believe it due to all the scams in eve, those who actually need the money are the ones who will try it and become winners in the end.
