I actually did that in macromedia's Flash real quick because I was working on another project. Just some slightly yellow paintbrush marks with 91% opacity. It didn't turn out perfect or great, but well enough to get the point across.

i tried to once but then i was all "i'd rather just bust on their chest" so i called them, and had to finish up high school in a different county
