[HALP TW] Forcing a FS to a partition

Sort of a wierd question, but heres the full explanation.

Basically what I did was I got this 250 gig WD hard drive. I want to remove my 40 and use my 80 as my system disk and then use the 250 for storage.

I used my 40 to format the 250 gig drive into 127 & 100 gig partitions, I copied all my files from my 80 gig to my 100 gig partition (which is not the primary partition).

So I reinstall Windows using my 80 gig, so everything on there is steamrolled. I have it up and running, my 127 partition is working fine, but the other 100 with all my stuff on it is missing.

I'm playing around with the Computer Management dealie, and I can see that drive E: (100 gig partition) is fine, and it registers as a drive letter on my system, but apparently it says it's missing a filesystem although I formatted this thing with NTFS earlier today.

Sure I can format E: but I want to keep my stuff, is there anyway to force windows to recognise the exisiting FS without reformating?
