Halloween in Philadelphia

South Philly is big on Halloween. It is an interesting tradition they have that is lot's of fun. Dress up in black face and walk down the street. They don't give candy, they give lead. Actually, you don't even need black face to take part in the festivities. And Halloween is every night in South Philly. And every treat is lead, and every trick is you're dead.

I am close by but idk where youre supposed to go. All I know is that it's shit if you don't know where you should be. If I remember I'll ask around at work. There's a couple people I work with that grew up there.
