When I started my new char, I was running through the agent you get right after the tutorial agent when I had to leave for vacation and due to some scheduling conflicts, had no choice but to let a mission expire. When I get back home I start another mission and it's bugged(I even confirmed it on the EVE forums) so I had no choice but to let that mission time out.
I think this really messed up how many agents I can get work from, because I only know of two.(Yes, I use the char sheet>standings>liked by>yada yada yada)
One of the two is 20 jumps away, and in pvp territory. Im still tooling around in a small frigate, so I'll avoid that. The one I have now just sent me on a mission to kill some guy that tackles me, then takes pot shots at me from afar where non of my new lasers(which I spent about half my ISK on) will never reach him. In short, it's downright impossible to kill him as is, and to get the ISK to buy better gear would take a looooong time mining.
Im not asking for money, but what do you guys think? These two agents are all that will give me work, and pay very little. Should I just start a new char?
I play casually.
