Mining 4 + Caldari Cruiser + Astogeology 4 would be pretty quick for you to obtain Blitz, then you can run an Osprey with 3 Miner II's and have pretty good output until you reach barge level, and it's dirt cheap.

Is it profitabel to mine in high sec space or only 0.0?
 
Somewhat profitable....you really need a hauler to help you though. Mining Omber in Everyshore is probably the best money you can find in secure space.
 
It'll be hard for me to go to 0.0 for a while, school's not over until end of June. 3 finals coming up, then a shrot summer session so... :(

I checked ore map, omber is in min and galentene space :( amar and caldari has no 0.5 or above sector with omber rocks...grrrr
 
i just lost 85k megacyte because of bug, i couldnt jump through a gate.. sat there on "tuning in on subspace freq" and lost my indy to a triple BS spawn
petitioned CCP, they gave me back my FUCKING 850k iteron not my god dam megacyte

They can't replace what ends up in the can because it doesn't show on the killmail.

If the megacyte wasn't destroyed in the explosion, then they won't give it back. They don't duplicate things.
