The infraction exists because some people make really dramatic 'fuck this place, I'm leaving!' type posts, start a bunch of shit, and then show up 3 days later and pretend it never happened. Usually the 30 day ban makes them go away for a little while. I didn't see the thread, but I'll reduce the infraction to a warning.
