Flash or HTML? [Website Design]

Which should I choose? I'm using Wix.com and I'm impressed by both templates - I want a website most anybody can view. Is HTML the obvious choice or has Flash caught up as far as accessibility?

flash is developed by new grads and dotheads so its buggy and under designed.

Flash is probably the best option if you plan on sending the website backwards through a space-time portal, wacky-goey-backwards-hole for you Brits.

HTML is pretty outdated... I'd go with Flash as it makes your site more like a computer.

Why not use both? Flash is dying but there are ways to make both work. It really depends on what you want a website for.

Then relying on plugins would be a really stupid thing to do.

HTML, and keep it simple.
