I "MIGHT" have a maller in empire and I think I am going back up to pick up some assault frigs. If you are near ESA, and I have a maller its yours if you need it.
Ill post here tonight if I have one, but I really can not remember if I do or not, its been a while since I checked my assets
Um, in most cases, low-sec empire is more dangerous than 0.0. That's my experience, anyway.
Now I live up north in 0.0, where the ISK is good. Very good. Tanking dominixes are so nice.
That being said, if the low-sec area you're in is out of the way, chances are that you'll be safer than otherwise. Or if a corp adopts the area (or the locals actively hunt player pirates themselves).
It can be more dangerous, mainly if you loiter around, but in my experience it's also a lot less stressful to travel through than 0.0, as there are no bubbles and no sensor-boosted ceptors to worry about on gates.
I basically dont go in 0.1 - 0.4 space unless I have instas. Even then I scout it out first when possible. I have lost 2 raxes and 1 vexor in lonetrek areas. After one rax/ one vexor losses within an hour (at the time I was running missions) scouting is the only way.
