I have to go back and get a damage control II and another turret for my tempest, so i can tank better, cant believe i got it all the wya to fade with no insurance :D
 
Damage control II's don't exist.

I forgot about the downtime since nobody mentioned it and my Surgical Strike 3 skill finishes in 3.5 hours and I work. I won't be back home for 5 hours after the skill finishes. :(

I'm looking ahead at a Caracal and wanting to learn about drones, webifiers, etc.

Question, do I have to manually update quickfit, or does it somehow remotely get info from EVE's database?



Also, jaguar is waay overpowered now. Its sick ass close up fighter, tackler (albeit slow) + it has some stupid insane gate camp potential...fits I wont share here, but some FREE brethen may know how to from my wolf setups.

In other news, wolf is probably just ok now. My gate camp setup for it was taken down a bit with the removal of the 10% to falloff, but the extra 5% will compensate it a little bit. The extra 5% damage bonus is only really for AC's, as the loss of optimal will effect overall damage.

So, From a gate camp setup, whats the best setup for a Thorax?

Mine currently has...

5 High Slots 3x Named 250 MM Rails, 2x 150 MM Rails
3 Med Slots Named MWD, Named Cap Recharge Booster, Webber
5 Low Slots 3x Named Powerboosters 1x 800 MM Armor 1x Named Armor Rep
 
That's more of a solo setup. For medium sized gangs (4+), you'll want 0 tanking and all gank.

So, full rack of 250mm's + the Reactor Control you'll need.

You will also want ot fill up your mids with sensor boosters, dont even put an AB in there.

For your lows, 3 mag stabs and then your choice of whatever, preferably a sensor amplifier (f-89 is the best for hte buck)

The faster you lock, the better. Always.

And you suggest all antimatter for more damage?
