[Documentary] A new world system (not nwo)

Clicked thread, looked at preview image in YT embed, realized it's impossible with multiculturalism, posted in thread.
 
Great video at the top, it's kinda like Star Trek or the rides at Epcot. I still don't understand how they would assign people to the shit jobs, like garbage collection, or all the stuff you see on "Dirty Jobs." There would be no incentive to do it.

Religion would have to go, that's what people fight over.

There would if the 'dirty jobs' were short hours, you can do nasty work and spend less time at it and get the same benefits. You would have more people clamoring to for the garbage job, working 3 hours a day as opposed to the office job for 5 hours if they gave you the same standard of living.
