I like what Cy said regarding that creature being randomly generated. If that's the case replay value has just increased for me ten-fold. I will be constantly replaying areas just to see every different "randomly" generated event/boss

This is assuming they are not truly random, but rather finite events that may or may not be present during each play through decided by a roll of the die or something similar. Otherwise replaying certain areas would be fairly pointless.
