Watching the first episode now... I am excited about this season, but not sure what to think so far. Dexter as a dad?

I also just recently read the first book in this series, and it was a good/quick read. How are the rest of the books?

really? i started reading the first book and stopped.

they aren't really well written.....deb has big boobs and doesn't curse a lot? dexter isn't as likable/funny in the book, all the characters just seem lamer in the book.
